maychorianThis has not been a stellar week, and today was not a stellar day.
I just want to let all of you guys know who do customer service--I know it's a sucky job, but it really is important. Good customer service can really make a difference in someone's day, and so can bad customer service. Bad service can make someone who's having a bad day feel a lot worse than they already did, and good service can lift them up again.
Yeah, there's a certain place I'm never going to again, no matter how low the prices are, and two other places that I intend to visit again as often as I can/need to.
Also, I held a tiny hamster today AND IT WAS SO CUTE.
