Short answer: I don't know.
Slightly longer answer: As soon as possible.
Somewhat longer answer: When my Big Bang rough draft is done and I don't feel crushed and also have free time and no family or work obligations and the muse is obliging and my Ruby-voice is somewhat stronger than it is at the moment.
